Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when requesting private beta access, submitting contact inquiries, or communicating with our team. This includes your name, work email address, company or brand name, connected sales channels, and operational specifications you share. We also collect standard technical logging data (IP addresses, user-agent strings) required to maintain platform security and availability.
How we use your information
We use collected data solely to evaluate private beta eligibility, configure marketplace sandbox connections, respond to customer requests, and deliver technical support. We do not sell personal or commerce data to third parties. Customer catalog data and proprietary pricing formulas are never used to train public foundation models.
Data handling & API security
All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 protocols, and all stored credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. When CenSeller connects to your marketplace accounts (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Amazon), we access only the scoped API endpoints explicitly granted by your account administrator.
Data retention & your rights
We retain onboarding and contact information only as long as necessary to provide service or fulfill legal compliance requirements. You may request review, modification, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting our privacy team at privacy@censeller.cloud.
